I started CrossFit with my high school best friend after I finished my last cheer season. I was 17 years old when I started CrossFit and never looked back. CrossFit has given me a community across multiple states (TN, MS, OH, TX) and held me accountable for my fitness goals and just living a healthy lifestyle overall.

As I’ve been a member of multiple different boxes, Ive learned what coaching style I loved/gravitated towards in others and I do my best to bring that positive coaching style to the gym daily.

I want members to know that they don’t have be to competitive CrossFit athletes to reap the benefits of CrossFit. I believe that there is space for EVERYONE in the CrossFit gym - the beauty of CrossFit is that its a workout that meets you where you are - and no matter where you are in your journey, someone will be beside you in theirs. I hope that all of our members feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when they finish a workout. For me - the goal is to take care of my body and CrossFit pushes me to be better and try (and accomplish) hard things daily. It’s not about comparing ourselves to others, but making a better version of ourselves everyday.
